1. Service

Cuechain provides tools to build, test, deploy, and audit smart contracts on Solana. Features may evolve and may be offered as beta or preview.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and comply with applicable laws. The service is not intended for children as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Do not reverse engineer or circumvent security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Comply with third‑party rights and applicable laws.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of your prompts, code, and outputs. You grant Cuechain a limited license to process such content solely to provide the service and improve core functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including UI, models, and documentation, is owned by Cuechain or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any IP rights other than the limited rights to use the service.

7. Beta Features

Some features may be experimental and provided “as is,” subject to additional limits or change without notice.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that outputs are error‑free, suitable for a particular purpose, or compliant with all jurisdictions. Verify smart contract outputs before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuechain and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws where Cuechain is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
